Tshirt Mischief adheres to the refund obligations as per the Australian Trade Practices Act, and also offers an additional Exchange Program.

If management refuses to refund or exchange an item, the return postage from Tshirt Mischief to the customer remains the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Refunds

    1. Defective Items
      Any garment with a manufacturer defect will be refunded or re-issued at the customer's discretion. The customer must supply Tshirt Mischief with a digital photo of the defect, at which case management will advise whether the garment is required to be returned. If a return is required, Tshirt Mischief will post you a return mail bag for the item. A refund will not be issued on any deliberately damaged item.

    2. Non-Defective Items
      Tshirt Mischief does not offer refunds on non-defective items.
      Note: You can still return the item promptly in accordance with our exchange program for a store credit.
  2. Exchange Program

    If you order the wrong size or simply change your mind, Tshirt Mischief accepts exchanges.
    To be eligible for our exchange program you must meet a number of criteria:

    1. The garment must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date.
      The invoice date is the same day the garment is despatched. We suggest customers try their garments on immediately, returns received after 14 days are normally refused.

    2. The garment must be returned in as-new condition
      Management reserves the right to inspect garments prior to exchange. An exchange will not be issued if the garment has been worn, washed, tomato sauce stained, etc.

    3. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs
      The cost to return the first garment to Tshirt Mischief remains the responsibility of the buyer.
      The cost to ship the second garment to the customer remains the responsibility of the buyer (a minimal charge will be due).

    4. Store credit must be used within 90 days
      Due to manageability, we don't offer an eternal store credit, it's just not feasible for us to try and keep track of credits from years ago. When an item is returned you have 90 days to purchase another item before your credit expires.

  3. Items Returned to Sender (redelivery)

    Occasionally we have items that are returned to sender, because our customer has given us an incorrect delivery address, or they simply haven't picked up their item from the post office.

    Tshirt Mischief will happily redeliver the item, but the customer will need to pay an additional delivery fee.
